Beauty Space & Storage Update

The organisation nerd in me guarantees that there will be little change ups in my storage every now and then. Changing what goes where and which bits I'll have right in front of me. While I used to love losing time to make up collection videos on YouTube, I've always kept mine rather modest. Those items that aren't regularly used and definitely not my colour get given away to friends of Give & MakeUp where possible.

For the past few years I've settled with my wooden Ikea drawers - seen here - filling them with a whole lot more than I was using.
Christmas is my ultimate organising time, so I switched everything up. I cleared everything out and was impossibly ruthless with old, disused, unsuited make up and tried to reduce what was on my 'vanity'.

I replaced the dominating white drawers with my prettier items, storing my lip products in an old Tiffany box, daily jewellery in my new tea cup and I may make it a mission to constantly have fresh flowers out. Lilies being first choice every time.

The products were then cut down to my daily or very often used edits, old Glossy boxes were finally put to use after being saved for no apparent reason. Face in one, eyes in another.
For now I am loving this set up, although I'd rather have my lipsticks hidden along with the rest of the product.
I'm sure it won't be long before something changes.
