Let me introduce this product, if you have really fine hair & no volume - you need this.
It was a spur of the moment purchase from Feel Unique and what I imagined would just be another product claiming to give you volume, but falling flat within the hour.
From the first use this was amazing. You need to apply it directly to the roots, so it works best if you section off your hair to reveal the scalp. A little extra effort yes, but so worth it. It works best if you apply it to the drier side of towel dried hair then blow dry straight away. Upside down as always.
It has a tendency to leave hair a bit stiff, but this only comes with over use or not applying it to the roots which you learn after a few uses. Otherwise it leaves you with volume that is constantly in your hair. It may require a bit of jusshing up every now and then but it will be there!
I got mine from Feel Unique - where it's currently in the sale - the only place that I've found easy access to Phyto products. It's not something I would purchase on a whim because of the price tag, but with Phyto being the blogger must have at the moment I gave it a go and I'm so glad I did. There may finally be light at the end of my lack of volume tunnel.
What are your must have volume products?

I think i'll have to give this a go! My hair is so flat so it's worth a shot. thanks! :) x

I've been eyeing Phyto products for quite a while now....just heed to find myself to a Sephora and take the plunge! I'll be sure to check this one out too (also interested in the smoothing balm). Thanks for sharing it with us.

Apparently I need this :-) with my thin and straight hair, volume is like impossible. Maybe this will work? :-)

Is this purely a UK product or can I find this in the US? Like you I have very fine, easily tangled, straight hair and I'm always looking for volume. I'd love to try something like this instead of a mousse or hair spray.
ReplyDeleteI'm pretty sure you can - I've seen a few American YouTubers using their products. I'm not sure where you can get them, maybe try Ulta? Just going off Youtube here!
